I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were so warm and friendly, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was perfect. The room was tastefully decorated with thoughtful details, and the views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking. The wellness facilities were top-notch, and I felt completely pampered during my stay. The restaurant was a highlight, offering exceptional food that I would highly recommend. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly perfect.

It was beautiful!!! The location is superb!! It was, for us, luxury!!! The meal on Saturday nite (9/10/11) was just great. The courtesy van picked us up at the station and returned us (that is a tremendous service). The staff is just great. Just wish we had had a longer stay. Maybee next time. Wayne Canter

The hotel staff was excellent, very friendly and attentive and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Since we had to leave very early - and were driven by the owner to the train station - we were not able to try breakfast. But we recieved complimentary lunch packages which were as awesome as the entire stay. Everything in Blattner's Bellavista Hotel seems to run smoothly and very professionaly: Check-In in less than a minute, when we were shown to our room our luggage was already waiting there for us, so did complimentary water bottles and fruits. In the last 12 months we have a combined 8 months of hotel stays and this was definately one of the most pleasant ones.

The surrounding location of the hotel has many options to eat. There are a couple of restaurants down a fairly steep slope that offer excellent food. the hotel is also close to skiing areas which is very convenient. the service is top-notch with a friendly and accommodating staff. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with beautiful views of the mountains.

There is no complimentary water in the room which can be inconvenient.

Excellent hotel in a great place. We really enjoyed a 5 -night special offer over Easter and were blown away by the friendliness of the staff, and the quality of the food and facilities.

Nothing, really cannot fault anything about the place, the people, or our stay - it was fantastic!

Friendly staff and great service. the breakfast buffet was well stocked and there was even a hot tub to enjoy after a long day of activities. the location was peaceful and offered stunning views of the mountains.

The location was a bit inconvenient for accessing the main resort area and required a drive or ride on a steep bus. some of the amenities were a bit outdated and could use some refurbishing.

We travel 3 months a year. We liked this hotel very much. Breakfast and dinner is excellent ! We hope to come back next time ! The owners do a very good job, they know when you run a business you need to be there. We recommend this hotel to every body who can afford it. The hotel is very well situated with a wonderfull vieuw.

The relax spa area is very nice. However its no clothing so not for everyone.

The location and fact you have to walk up the road after taking the bus. The food at the restaurant is very over priced for what you get. 4 star hotel should have a menu that reflects the price.

Lovely studio apartment, small balcony with mountain views, good breakfast buffet even late, quiet hotel in quiet resort, excellent food and service, convenient bus service.

A few things were off like broken tv mounts in the rooms and backward installed hot and cold water taps

Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. We stayed at apartments near hotel and they really cooperated well during our stay. I liked their drop n pick up service. We had a young child and got goodd assistance for our needs.

Staff is very friendly and attentive, making the stay memorable. The hotel offers a nice breakfast and a great restaurant with excellent food. The location is perfect, close to everything and yet quiet. Transportation is efficient, with a free shuttle bus and easy access to lifts.

Nice view, great room, pool & wellness facilities, great breakfast, friendly staff, family-friendly.

Unfortunately none of the restaurants were available for dinner during our stay due to an event. We wish to have know in advance.

Alas: we had a very bad lunch exerience. We ordered Ceaser Sallad, which was served wtithout chicken and the usual stuff. The sallad souce did not have a nice well-rounded taste of whalnuts. Just salt.
